Game Overview

You can risk it all to escape from some of the most difficult prisons in the country. The largest prisons in the world, featuring multiple floors, roofs, vents, and underground tunnels, are open for inspection.
You will have to follow strict routines, adhere to prison rules and attend roll call.
Your prison escape antics will take your from the cold Fort Tundra to a train that hurtles through the desert and all the way to the last frontier.

Escape Team Assemble!

To create the most wild escape team, get together with 3 or more friends. Get online, or get together on the couch for some sneaky adventures. You can create more daring and elaborate plans by working together.

Are you feeling competitive? You feel competitive? You can also settle rivalries in the courtyard with a prison punch-up if all else fails!

Make your Con!

Now it’s your turn to make your prisoner yours. You have a wide range of customization options to make your prisoner unique. You should look fashionable while planning your escape.

Craft your Escape!

You will need to think creatively and work with what you have. To achieve your goal, you’ll need to combine ordinary objects such as soap and socks. To conceal the evidence, you can use forks taken from the cafeteria. Duct tape can solve (almost!) everything, as you’ll soon discover!

Get ready for a fight

The Escapists 2 introduces an entirely new combat system that makes prison brawls more interactive and exciting. To gain an advantage in combat, you will need to block and tie together chain of attacks while strafing around locked-on targets. To build your muscles, make sure you visit the gym!

You will need to be more creative in your escape plans as the prisons become harder. There are many options available to help you escape from prison.

Make a clink!

The Prison Map Editor allows you to create a prison that can house the most difficult inmates. This includes everything you need to create a prison as difficult as your imagination can imagine.
Pick up the prison blueprints to start creating your own prisons. Then, you can share them with the world through Steam Workshop. You can also download and subscribe to other architects’ lock-ups. All custom maps are playable solo or in multiplayer online.
