Thunder Rosa was Injured. Interim AEW Women’s Champion To be Crowned

We received some bad news during last night’s AEW Dynamite. Tony Schiavone interviewed a tearful Thunder Rosa backstage, and she said she had to give up the AEW Women’s Championship because of injury.

Thunder Rosa, who was champion after defeating Britt Baker earlier in the year, has confirmed that an interim Women’s champion will be crowned at All Out. This is part of a Fatal-4way between the DMDs mentioned above, Jamie Hayter and Toni Storm. This will be a great title match.

Some rumours were floating about whether this injury was a work of AEW. However, it has been confirmed that the injury occurred, and Thunder Rosa will not be able to continue her duties for the foreseeable future.

It is a shame that this is only the second AEW champion to give up their title due to injury. The champion will be able to regain her title if she is healthy, as we saw with Jon Moxley and CM Punk’s interim title feud.
