FFXIV’s Next Myths of the Realm Alliance Attack Is Euphrosyne
Today was the 74th live letter from the producer for Final Fantasy XIV. Today marks the 10th anniversary for A Realm Reborn. This was when the original FFXIV servers were taken down to launch the new game. To truly celebrate this event, we’ll need to wait until 2023.
The Live Letter provided information about Patch 6.3 and a small portion of Patch 6.35. The previous patch will be available in January 2023. There will be a second wing of the Alliance Raid, Myths of the Realm.
Euphrosyne will be the name of the wing. All of the Myths of the Realm wings have been named after the three Graces of Greek mythology combined with the Aglaia wing. This means that the “Thalia” wing will be most likely.
FFXIV Naoki Yoshida, the creative director and lead producer, said that the team is only starting to balance the raid. What gods of Twelve will face the next wing’s leader? Many people think the next four gods of the Twelve will be Nophica (Althyk), Halong and Menphina. But we’ll have to wait and see!
For those who want to dive deeper into FFXIV’s mythology, the last leg of Myths of the Realm is still available. The Warrior of Light is pitted against some of the Twelve, who are the gods that support Eorzea’s culture. We’ve already faced off against Rhalgar’s Reach’s namesakes and the city of Utah.
