SimCity 4 was developed by Maxis, an Electronic Arts subsidiary. It is a simulation game that simulates building cities. It was released on January 14, 2003. SimCity 4 puts players in the role of mayor.
They are responsible for developing and populating lands into cities while meeting the needs of Sims who live in those cities. Each segment can be developed, and cities are located in different regions.
You have the option to start your city in any one of the three available areas. The shortest segment has a longer length of 1 kilometer, while the longest has a longer length of 4 kilometers.
A bitmap file for each region can be used to change the size and layout of a region. In the latest version of the game, neighbor cities play an even larger role.
You can make neighbor deals, which allow a city to exchange water, electricity, and garbage disposal for money. The players may create several interdependent cities at once, eventually populating the whole region.

How to Download and Install SimCity 4
- Click on the download button below. You will be redirected to a download page for SimCity 4.
- Choose a mirror to complete your download. If using a torrent download, you will first need to download uTorrent.
- Once SimCity 4 has finished downloading, extract the file using software such as WinRAR.
- Mount the ‘sc4d_a.iso’. This will be your Disc 1. Do the same with ‘sc4d_b.iso’. This will be your Disc 2. Now you should’ve Mounted 2 Discs.
- Start CD 1’s Autorun and choose ‘Install.’
- You’re asked for a Serial; enter the following Serial: 622A-3TLB-XQAR-PUKT-M2RD
- Follow on-screen instructions, DON’T REGISTER, and Install the Game.
- When the Installation is done, you will see a picture of a bridge. Click on that Window and use [ALT] + [F4] to close the window.
- Now, open the ‘Crack’ file in the .rar.
- Copy + Paste the ‘SimCity 4.ex crack to ‘Game Directory > Apps’ and REPLACE it by the existing one.
- Install the game. Standard Game Directory: C:\program files\Electronic Arts\Sim City 4 Deluxe(\Apps)
- Double-click on the Crack
- Enjoy the game!
