This mod, known as The Lewis Gun, was created by an accomplished weapons specialist named Neeher as part of an ongoing weapons mod project led by him. Prior standalone projects led by Neeher have added futuristic Photon Disruptor and exclusive power armour features into your loadout for use during battle.
Your Sole Survivor now has access to a light machine gun from World War One; something which might ring a bell from Fallout London’s progress showcase video earlier this year.
As part of Fallout London, in which this gun will also feature, this preview offers some taste of what to expect when playing it for real. Custom animations, an innovative rotating pan magazine and modifications that alter its handling or transform it into an energy weapon all lend this weapon some distinctive qualities that you can see first-hand through this video below.

Once you’ve built the initial Lewis Gun, your materials stash can allow for as many to be created via any chemistry station.
At level 25 or later, it may also appear in enemy hands after having been added to the game’s list of weapons eligible to receive legendary variants.
