After defeating Umbrella Corporation and their virus strains, new threats such as bio-organic weapons emerged that are more deadly. Chris is constantly on guard against them.
Chris joins the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), and travels to Africa where an aggressive biological agent has transformed many people into bizarre beings. Joined by another local agent named Sheva Alomar from BSAA, together they must try and uncover what caused these disturbing happenings.
