Battlefield 2 was released for public purchase on June 21, 2005 by EA as the third installment in their Battlefield series, offering open world FPS shooter action gaming fun! Set during an imagined world war set in 21st-century America and China respectively; single player missions involve clashes among US Marines, Chinese, MEC forces as well as different frontlines between these countries being invaded from different frontlines by both.
Essentially both US forces as well as Chinese invaders attack American territory while conversely US and EU troops attempt invasion against one or both sets of forces attacking from both directions!
