One particularly strange yet exciting scenario involves a mysterious phone call inviting your Sim to the Beso Rápido Motel in Ciudad Enamorada. Here’s everything you need to know about this quirky encounter and how to make the most of it.
Mysterious Phone Call
Your Sim may receive a phone call from a local Sim claiming to be a very busy CEO, looking to meet up quickly while they’re in town. This call will give your Sim a “playful” moodlet called “Meeting a Wealthy Weirdo” that lasts for 24 hours.
Important Note: Do not try to travel to another lot; instead, you’ll be looking for an interactive building within the Vista Hermosa neighborhood.
Finding the Beso Rápido Motel
Location:
- The Beso Rápido motel is next to the lounge in the Vista Hermosa neighborhood of Ciudad Enamorada, added with the Lovestruck expansion.
- It’s a blue building with yellow windows and a neon sign, situated between Laguna Del Abrazo and the starter house lot, Casita Del Amor.
Steps to Find It:
- Travel to Vista Hermosa: Use your Sim’s phone and select Travel > Travel, then head to the Laguna Del Abrazo lounge.
- Locate the Motel: Once in the Laguna Del Abrazo area, Beso Rápido is right across the street from the lounge.
Completing the Quest
To complete the quest:
- Select the Motel: Click on the Beso Rápido Motel with the Sim who received the invitation.
- Choose Interaction: Select “Meet the Wealthy Weirdo.”
- Receive Rewards: Your Sim will either get rewards for their inventory or a playful moodlet called “Weird Meeting,” with a humorous message about Voidcritters. Note that the rewards can vary, and sometimes you might not receive any tangible rewards.
Other Activities at Beso Rápido
Even without an invite, you can visit Beso Rápido anytime to enjoy various activities:
- Rent a Room to Sleep: Costs 20 simoleons.
- Rent a Room to WooHoo: Costs 40 simoleons.
- Rent a Room to Try for Baby: Costs 40 simoleons.
If your Sim is on a date, you can also:
- Ask to WooHoo in Motel: Select Romance > Physical Intimacy > Ask to WooHoo in Motel, which costs 40 simoleons.
