Warzone players share their Warzone 2 wishlist.
The launch of Warzone2 is now in the sights of the community, with Season 5 of Warzone already underway. The next chapter in the battle royale will integrate with Modern Warfare 2, much to the delight of players.
While information regarding Infinity Ward’s new battle royale is still scarce, there are still a few leaks about various aspects of the game. Early indications point to a variety of innovations, as well as standard features from Warzone 1.
While fans wait for more information, some have created a Warzone 2 Wishlist that lists the features Warzone 2 needs to succeed.
The Warzone 2 wishlist
Reddit user C0ld_0ne created the wishlist and provided details about what should be improved. There are many viable options, from servers with a higher tickrate or a rotating pool of maps for better variety to servers with a higher tick rate.
The user also wants the background story to be “interesting and make sense”, following the confusing Caldera story, which began in World War II but skipped ahead many years before Season 5.
Other users agree with the list, and some have added their suggestions. One user suggests that Warzone 2 should not feature crossplay based on the platform. Instead, lobbies in Warzone 2 should be divided between controller players and keyboard and mouse users regardless of platform.
Another player would like an alternative to the default flight path at the beginning of a match. They say they would prefer to have more than one flight path. We all hate routes that fly more than 2 POIs.
