Ezra Miller, Flash star, facing 26 years imprisonment.
Ezra Miller (a 30-year-old actor most well-known for their role in The Flash in the DCEU) has pleaded not guilty to charges of felony theft.
Deadline reported that the actor could face up to 26 years imprisonment and more than $2000 in fines if convicted.
Miller appeared in court remotely on Monday (17/10).
The actor’s release conditions state that they can contact the actors via phone, email, or a third party.
Attorney Lisa B. Shelkrot stated that Ezra wanted to thank their loved ones for their support and love.
Miller released an apology in August for his behaviour. “Having just gone through an intense crisis, I now realize that I have complex mental health issues.
I have started ongoing treatment.” (Variety). “I regret that my past behaviour has caused me to be upset and alarmed. I will do the work necessary to return to a safe, productive, and healthy stage of my life.
