About Medal of Honor: Allied Assault
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault is an action-packed first-person shooter created by 2015, Inc. Single-player missions consist of a battle against a German base in Algiers and Norway and Norway, securing Omaha Beach on D-Day, as well as rescuing soldiers trapped within enemy lines inside an occupied France. Its game’s level is often similar to Steven Spielberg’s Saving Private Ryan. Saving Private Ryan; many of the levels are direct re-enactments of scenes (or even full sequences like during The Omaha Beach mission) in the movie.
Omaha Beach was re-created in Medal of Honor: Frontline for consoles. After a game server and type have been selected, the game begins with spectator mode. The player has the option of joining the allies or the axis and picking the weapons set. This game uses a points system. It adds points for the amount of kills, and rounds. Points are deducted for suicides, and adding points of death for being killed.
