About The Game
The game starts with a press conference at the White House concerning Yuri and the way he is beginning his plan to take over the world with the control of mind. Yuri interrupts the discussion to talk about his plans to conquer the world. He explains to American President Michael Dugan that he has an entire network of psychic dominators all over the globe, which the Psychic Dominators are taking the first steps to reveal. One of the Dominators is located on Alcatraz Island in San Francisco which Yuri starts activating shortly before completing his message with his White House.
The President calls immediately for an air strike against the device. All of the aircraft that attacked were shot down. However, one of them crashed into the reactor located on the island. This causes the device’s power to be cut off and cease to function. Despite this, Yuri activates his other Psychic Dominators throughout the world and the entire globe is quickly sucked into the mind control of Yuri.
