Konami Remasters of ‘Metal Gear Solid 1 & 2’ Remasters
According to this leaker, Metal Gear fans are looking forward to remasters of Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3 arriving on PCs and consoles shortly.
Dusk Golem (also known as AestheticGamer) spoke to Resetera to announce that Konami is bringing back classic stealth games for new audiences. If this is true, it will be an excellent tune-up for the first game in the series. The latest release was for GameCuCast. You’ll remember that Dusk Golem talked about various issues in Resident Evil Village, including the new fantastical enemies and the events surrounding the game’s start, including Mia’s murder. Dusk Golem also provided screenshots from a reboot of Silent Hill earlier in May.
These were immediately hit with a copyright violation, insinuating they were McCoy. Although it’s important to temper expectations, these screenshots are just a feather in Dusk Golems’ cap. The scoop may be true. The leaker said that Metal Gear Solid 3-3 are getting new Remasters. This is something I have been teasing about, but I know it is true. The plan is to release a new remastered Metal Gear Solid 3-3. You can purchase them individually, but you will also receive Metal Gear 1+2 and the MSX version.
